Quality management

Quality management is an integral part and a basic function of management at our University. The aim is: improving our own performance and being able to guide changes. The University internal quality management (HiQ) at the KH Freiburg includes continuous dialogue and improvement process in order to create suitable framework conditions for quality development and to implement quality assurance measures. This dialogue also involves the students, whom we regard as co-producers in relation to our services and educational processes. "Quality" is consequently understood by us as the joint work of all members of the University, resulting from the dialogue and concretized in goals and their implementation.
